How We Work

The bonded channel, step by step.

If you buy duty-suspended — for duty-free retail, vessel supply, inflight, diplomatic delivery or onward distribution — here is exactly how a trade with Dantec runs.

The principle

Goods stay in bond until they reach your channel.

Excise goods can circulate within the EU with duties suspended, provided they move between licensed excise warehouses under an electronic administrative document (e-AD) raised on EMCS, the EU's Excise Movement and Control System. Dantec trades inside this system: our stock sits in licensed EU bonded warehouses, and moves warehouse-to-warehouse — or to export — without excise duty ever being paid en route.

For duty-free, marine, inflight and diplomatic buyers this is the natural supply route: goods arrive at your fiscal warehouse or supply point with suspension intact, ready for duty-free sale or exempt delivery.

  • Status — Union goods held under excise duty suspension
  • Movement — e-AD raised on EMCS for each transfer
  • Destination — licensed fiscal warehouse, export, vessel or aircraft supply
  • Requirement — buyer provides a valid excise warehouse number (or export routing)
  • Incoterms — typically EXW EU bonded warehouse, FCA or DAP
A trade in five steps

From enquiry to release.

Step 1

Enquiry & KYC

You send product interest and destination. We complete counterparty checks — company registry, VAT/VIES, excise licence.

Step 2

Offer

Firm offer with net price, quantity, stock location, loading window and validity. Subject to prior sale.

Step 3

Title secured

On confirmation, stock is allocated to your name in the bonded warehouse before payment — your protection on a first trade.

Step 4

Payment

Funds settle against allocated, verifiable stock. Established accounts move to agreed terms.

Step 5

Release & movement

e-AD raised, goods released to your warehouse, forwarder, vessel or export routing with the full document set.

Two ways to buy

The sharper the format, the sharper the price.

Full containers buy best. Flexible quantities buy fast. Both are served properly — they are simply priced for what they are.

Container programme

FTL, mono-reference

Full container loads, single reference, net pricing. This is where our sharpest prices live — the format the volume market runs on. Beer trades exclusively here, by the full truck.

Flexible supply

By the pallet or the case

Smaller drops, mixed pallets from a single warehouse, cases from bonded stock. Priced for the service — picking, stockholding, speed — and quoted honestly. If a list consolidates badly, we say so before you commit.

Documentation

Every shipment travels with its file.

Standard on every movement — the commercial, fiscal and logistical sides of the file, ready for your import team.

  • Commercial invoice & packing list
  • e-AD reference (EMCS) for duty-suspended movements
  • CMR / B/L or airway bill according to routing
  • Certificates of origin or free sale where the destination requires them
  • Intra-EU supplies invoiced under Article 138, EU VAT Directive, where applicable
